Simple Line Drawing and Contour

Now that I can't get to art classes and can only get to Art Club when the weather is dry, I find I need some incentive to keep on painting.  So I have enrolled with a "Drawing for Beginners" correspondence course.  This is my submitted homework for Lesson One - Simple Line Drawing and Contour.
