Nearly There

Since I had a knee replacement last November I have not done much painting, recovery has been painfully slow.

I loved the photo that Sally-Ann took on Carn Brea hill and used it to produce this painting.

Hole in the Wall

This pastel is a test piece for trying out new paper - Clairefontaine Pastelmat. It is very good paper, much less dust and it blends well.

Venice and Trevarno Gardens

These are the last two of my paintings for the Exhibition.

Summer Meadow and North Cliffs

I can’t believe it is Exhibition time again - next Saturday 30th July for a week. These are two small oils I am exhibiting along with Millie, Tehidy Country Park, Slavonian Grebe and two others which my “site manager” Sally-Ann will be posting shortly.

Box of Pastels

Slavonian Grebe

I was so pleased with this one that I’ve treated myself to a new set of 72 pastels! Let’s hope I get some good results.
